Welcome to CrossFit! At PRJCT we honour the CrossFit method focusing on ‘constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement’. But what does this mean? We pull from various forms of sport and exercise including gymnastics, Olympic weight lifting, power lifting, strongman, plyometrics, bodyweight exercise, rowing, running and more to deliver a program designed to improve overall strength and fitness. Our supportive and encouraging community grow and improve together creating a motivating exercise environment. With movement scaling available in every workout for every level of athlete making CrossFit accessible for everyone.
